It's reportedly Astral Purple from Design Labs

Xbox loves making new gamepads and apparently, the next one on the way is an Astral Purple Series X|S controller.

This information comes from dataminer 'billbil-kun' who claims this new version of Microsoft's popular pad will launch on 19th September for $64.99 / £59.99. While it would be a new controller, Astral Purple is actually a colour that's already available in the Xbox Design Lab.

Earlier this month, Microsoft launched its new 'Stormcloud Vapor' controller, which even included its own unique Xbox background. The same dataminer also teased this colour ahead of its official announcement.

Xbox has also released a bunch of other controllers this year including a limited-edition Starfield-themed one.
